Jessica Glasner

Jessica is a Redding-based mediator certified through Harvard Law School's Mediation and Conflict Management program and Phoenix Strategies, with ongoing graduate study in Conflict Resolution at the University of Haifa. She has been helping individuals, families, and organizations navigate high-conflict situations since 2021.

What sets Jessica apart is her ability to go beneath the surface of a dispute — past positions and demands — to the underlying interests, fears, and needs that are actually driving the conflict. In the tradition of conflict transformation pioneered by scholars like John Paul Lederach, she doesn't just help parties reach an agreement; she helps them understand each other well enough that the agreement actually holds.

Jessica works with clients across three core areas:

Workplace & Team Conflict — When tension between colleagues, managers, or teams is affecting morale, productivity, or culture, mediation can clear the air before small friction becomes lasting damage.

Family Conflict — Disputes between parents and adult children, siblings, or extended family members can fracture relationships for years. Jessica helps families have the hard conversations in a structured, safe environment — not to assign blame, but to find a way forward together. (Note: Jessica does not handle divorce or custody matters.)

High-Conflict Relationships — Some disputes run deep. Jessica specializes in situations where communication has broken down entirely and emotions are running high — exactly the cases where skilled mediation matters most.
